  • We have purchased quite a few items from RC Willey and not once has my experience been negative in any way! Tonight we made another purchase. We bought a new couch and chair and this was the best experience by far. We were helped by Ken Lynes! If you go here ask for him, he is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with! Not one bit of pressure, just kindly shows you different options and lets you decide, answers all questions.. No pushiness at all! Great guy! I've read many people in here complaining about their delivery.. $59 for delivery is nothing compared to other places we went before here... Try $99 dollars only for a delivery of 2 pieces of furniture or less.. And yes they can't always go around your schedule.. I mean Gimmie a break people they are a furniture store who has many deliveries in a day.. To write a review because of that .. And even when you haven't even received the delivery yet and bought it today.. Well... Is pretty laughable! This is a great store with some good people! Don't hesitate to try them out!
