The Thai tea ice cream was ok- a bit too sweet for my liking (I know, Thai tea is sweet- this went beyond). One star because this place is filthy and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to prepare the ice cream! Filthy- the teenager who scooped my ice cream handed me a sticky cup with many other colors of ice cream on it. it appeared as if she hadn't changed her gloves in a while, and I had to wipe down the cup before I could enjoy the treat. I looked down behind the counter and was dismayed at how disgusting the floor was. The chairs are in disarray and it is difficult to navigate the shop. Sure the nitro is impressive, but we paid over $20 for three servings of ice cream that came out in filthy cups, the shop is messy, loud and dirty, the service on the receiving end was abysmal... the place is clearly run by children who I don't feel deserve my money. Tip: have one person on your shift go around and clean the space. Make sure your employees are constantly changing their gloves. Train these kids on customer service etiquette (get the feeling some of them are "too cool" to make you feel like this ice cream is worth the hefty price). Also would be great if there was an adult around to manage- everyone in the shop looks 16 or younger. It's weird. Enter at your own risk.
