  • I've only been here once so far but my experience was great! When making your appointment they ask you to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, but you also have the option to downloading and filling out the paperwork at home or on your own time, cutting down your arrival time to just 15 minutes early. I did have a bit of a hard time finding the place. There really isn't a sign in the parking lot to tell you where to do, so I was walking around for a bit trying to determine which building it was. (There are 3 buildings within the vicinity of the parking lot, so it can be a bit confusing). After making a quick call to the front desk to confirm I was in the correct location, I finally found it and headed upstairs. I was greeted right away and the check in process was extremely fast. Like all doctors offices, there was a wait, but it wasn't anything worth taking note of. The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors that I came across were very friendly, helpful, and informative. It makes me feel very comfortable knowing that I will be returning to such a great place!
