  • My first time in the restaurant in many years. I tried something new other than bagels. This time I tried their bagel sandwich. I tried the Southwest Egg White and I substituted the plain bagel with the Spinach Florentine which was amazing balls! I don't know if its just the bagel it self with Einsteins cream cheese that made the bagel, but all of it combined with the green chilies and cheese was pure bliss. At least for me! I can't wait to run into another Einstein! Happy Eatings!
