  • BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND PHONE COMPANY!! Unless you want incorrect bills attached to your social security number and affecting your credit score....Verizon used to be the best but they have gone so down hill in customer service and quality!! Stay away! I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years!! Last year, I decided to upgrade phones and was talked into a new "more data, better plan"...what a mess!! Over a year later, countless hours, and money spent trying to deal with this issue. Vianna, the store manager, did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP. After admitting that her employees messed up, creating a bill ATTACHED TO MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, then sending a bill that wasn't mine to collections, she offered no help. My credit has dropped over 70 points while trying to deal with this mess. THIS STORE AND COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. No one on the customer service line could/would help and everyone in person doesn't seem to care enough to help. This is my credit and my life that they have greatly affected. After working with the store director (Vianna)'s boss, Rosanna Rocca, the most she could offer me was to "clear the bill attached to my name and offer me a $20 credit." How insulting. Goodbye, Verizon.
