BEWARE OF THIS HERTZ LOCATION !!!!!!!
Request for a rental car for business was put in a week before the trip.
As I'm landing I get a text saying I have picked up my rental and my
credit card was charged - yet I just landed.
I am a Gold Hertz member - I went to the counter to get if straightened out and it was a mess of a mess except for one nice lady at the counter.
I explained the situation and they promised me I wouldn't be double charged. Well I get home look at my credit card statement and I am
double charged for two cars.
So the big question is - How did a rental agreement with MY NAME and MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER get through the gate as you drive off the
Hertz lot???? You have to show your DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER and it needs to match the RENTAL AGREEMENT. So whoever rolled out of that Hertz lot with my original rental car basically stole it off the lot.
Hertz phone customer service is a joke too. They can't do anything about the stolen off the lot rental car and can't guarantee the safety of my personal credit card info either.
I will never use Hertz at any location again.
