  • Excellent service. I decided that it was probably time to upgrade my car, as mine was 18 years old. Still looks fabulous, but it was time. I went through Costco's site for their auto purchase plan. Turns out that Gaudin is a participating Ford dealer, and Tanner is their representative. Tanner contacted me the very next day to discuss what vehicle I was looking to buy. Apparently what I was looking for was rather 'rare', but he said that he would do his best to find exactly what I wanted. Tanner checked in with me later in the week, and we set up a day to come in and speak with him. He gave me his cell phone number, and I texted him when I was on my way in to the dealer. I decided on a lease, and it turns out that he is the leasing specialist there. There were a lot of incentives, and I was pretty excited to find my car. Tanner did not take me out on the lot to walk around looking at every single vehicle out there as other dealers tend to do. He found the vehicles through his computer and let me know the color and options of each one. As I narrowed it down, we then went out to look at those specific vehicles. This way, I didn't fall in love with something out of my price range. After test driving a car, and running the numbers I just was not feeling good about the vehicle I was looking at that day. I realized there was another vehicle that I liked much better, but had originally thought that it was out of my price range. It turns out that it was not. Tanner gladly went through the process once more. He then ran those numbers, and compared them to the other vehicle. I made my decision, and leased a car! Throughout the process, Tanner let me know exactly how long I would be waiting, and what he would be doing next. Their lease program is really nice, and all of my oil changes and brake pads are taken care of at no charge to me. This was a very stress-free experience.
