  • Sad to see the negative reviews. I've bought from the Room Store as well as from Mor, Ashley and others and never noticed much difference. Went in the other day looking for a leather sectional. I didn't find exactly what I wanted, but the people were nice and prices were fair. Follow Up : So, I went back to The Room Store ( because while I wasn't crazy about the sectional it was the closest to what I wanted ) and left a deposit. In the meanwhile I came across one online that I think will work better. I called Miriam to let her know and to request a refund. She was gracious and the refund was processed. I'm sticking with my 4 stars and I'll definitely give them a look next time. PS There was no reason not to go 5 stars, I suppose, other than I didn't complete the deal with them.
