  • I was told that my insurance plan would cover a cracked windshield by Tana Volpentest when i signed up, I made sure about it before I left and she even highlighted it for me on my receipt/ coverage details. Come to find out, I do not. Which is VITAL in AZ. I go back and she mentions a better plan to get me covered which is now pointless for this one. I don't like when people lie to me to my face.
