Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. The fabric on the cushions and back of a 4 day old high quality, $3,000.00 couch started puckering and bunching. We reported this to customer service and after 2 weeks a tech came out and agreed the couch was defective and would send his report back to corporate. We never got a call back. After several attempts to connect with a manager we were told the couch met the manufacturer's standard and our case was closed. Have tried repeatedly to find someone in the company to help us but so far nothing!
