Worst Sephora ever. Well the greeters were super nice, but the whole experience was ruined by a Cashier who provided literally ZERO customer service (maybe even negative).
During my last visit to Sephora, the person who was working at the check out counter did not greet to me after waving me towards her register. She barely even smiled. Also, normally, I would be asked if I am a Beauty Insider but she was rushing to complete my transaction that she failed to ask me that. I had to quickly bring my card out, so that she could scan my Rouge card to which she seemed annoyed of doing. She didn't say anything after scanning my card, continued with the purchase transaction. Next few words she muttered were just "I need to see your ID" when I was trying to swipe my credit card, and "you need to sign" when I had to sign for my purchase. I didn't even hear her saying "thank you" at the end. Worst service ever!
First, there were no reasons why she should have rushed because there were only 2 people after me, and they had 3 Cashiers working the registers at the time. Second, my Cashier's attitude needs to change specially if she's in a service industry. Don't put someone to face customers if they don't want to be there. I also submitted this on Customer Survey. Hopefully they read and look into it.
