  • Worked here for a short time and it's pretty much a nightmare. The restaurant itself is just plain dirty. If you think it's dirty in places you can actually see imagine how dirty it is in places you can't see. Like where they prepare your food. Now times that by ten. Anywhere you pay with a credit card the credit card company charges the business a processing fee. Pedro's makes the servers pay that fee. Having been in the industry a long time no restaurant makes its employees pay that fee. Furthermore when I received my final paycheck it bounced. I spoke with the owner Jim Martine on February 3rd and he assured me he would send me out a money order the following Monday. Almost two weeks later still no check. My only next course of action is to pursue this legally. I left this same review on Pedro's Facebook page and they promptly eliminated the ability for ANYONE to leave a review on their page. If you choose to eat there it's your choice. If you choose to work for these people good luck as they are a joke.
