| - I have been a member of Massage Envy for several years now, I would have to say that the massage I received yesterday was less than satisfactory.
1. The therapist used cream, which is not a problem; the issues was she would stop, take her hands off of me, I'd hear her flip open the top of the creme, squeeze in her hand, the roughly rub her hands together, finally going back to the massage. Each time she broke contact the would take me out of my Zen zone.
2. She stood too close, the entire massage I felt her shirt, stomach, leg, or breast brush against my arm.
3. I did enjoy the use of the hot towels, however, since the towels were too warm when she removed them from the cabbie she blew on them to cool them off gross.... I was not looking for any DNA with my massage.
4. Since I just got an amazing facial I asked her to skip my face. She said ok and that she was just going to do my forehead. The last time I checked my forehead is still on my face.
Her massage itself wasn't bad I'd like to suggest that she listen to her guest needs, use oil/lotion, take one step back/ adjust the table height, and maybe wave/fan the towels to cool them off.
I would like to end this on a positive note. I did receive an amazing facial from Debbie (I hope I got her name right) She was incredibly knowable about the product, analyzed my skin, ask great questions about my beauty regime, and suggested products for the home. The facial I received was one that I would have excepted in a 5-star resort. Way to go, girl
Thank you for you take I hope my feedback provides critical insight for you.
