  • I travel a lot and this was quite possibly the best hotel experience I can recall in a long, long time. Superb service, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated on the Cleveland Clinic campus, which feels a bit odd, but it was near where our friend lives, so it worked out fine. Great restaurant on site with a sushi bar. We never heard any noise from anywhere at all during our stay. Also, there's a Starbucks in an adjacent building, reachable without going outside.
