  • Chilly Willy's repairman, Renaldo, stated that my dishwasher motor was burned out and needed to be replaced for a contract rate of $160 through my home warranty. I left multiple voicemail messages to schedule an appointment to fix the motor. My call was returned one time, and Renaldo stated he had back problems and had been unable to return customer calls. He assured me he would contact me the following Monday to schedule the repair. He never called. My friend recommended pouring a gallon of bleach into my dishwasher, letting it sit for a few days, and then running the cycle. I followed my friend's instructions and the dishwasher worked perfectly fine. I have not had a problem since and do not believe the motor needed to be replaced as recommended by Renaldo.
