  • Alright, ya'll, the time has FINALLY come that we move out of this shit-hole, luckily nothing "new" has happened while living here. However! For whoever is interested in moving in here & suddenly saw Marquis's Yelp rating going from. 2.5 star to a 4 star within a few weeks........ They have posted signs up in all elevators for residents to write a positive yelp, Google, Facebook review to get a $5 gift card. They also enter everyone who writes a positive review into a "drawing" where the winner then also receives a $50 gift card. Hope that clears it up for everyone ;) bribing people with gift cards clearly creates false reviews, LOL If you want to get stickers on your car, a fungus from the jacuzzi, tweakers following you, maintenance( bug spray?) men entering your unit without you knowing, random "security guards" approaching you, be my guest!! You have been warned! Good luck and stay safe!!!!! Out this b*tch P.S. The maintenance crew is the only positive about this place- very nice guys who are fast with getting things fixed
