This has been one of the worst salon experiences I have ever experienced. The stylist cornered me at the end to not write this review which made me even more uncomfortable than the experience on the whole. The stylist, Daniel, was extremely rude and argumentative the entire time with both myself and my mom how we wanted our hair which made for anything but a relaxing experience. He also quoted prices quite differently to my mom on the phone than what the price came out to be. His table side manner made me beyond uncomfortable and the finished product wasn't what I wanted either. He washed out half of my hair with foils still dangling, asked me lean forward in the most uncomfortable way to get the top of my head (never have had to do this) and would walk away with foils still open and not even properly attached to my head.
I would say the worst part of this whole experience was the owner. She was one of the rudest owners I have ever come across accusing me of lying how prices were quoted and not being understanding that I was quite distraught about my experience. She wanted to fight with me how I wanted my hair (that I was asking for a full highlight and not partial even though I have had this done many many times before and they have always done more foils). When I explained why I was upset she just stared at me as though she didn't want to come up with a way to make it right. You expect to go to an owner and feel compassion and understanding but instead I felt I had to defend myself for what I experienced and even my character (having to point out I would not lie and am not a penny pincher which I don't feel you should ever have to do to an owner).
The girl who landed up fixing my hair was sweet and understanding.
Also watch out they charge you $40 to blow dry your hair but don't communicate that to you.
If you are looking for an enjoyable salon experience with your mom or a friend I suggest going anywhere but here. It's been a day and I still feel extremely uncomfortable with everything that went down.
