  • Bought an item recently and did not live up to the expectation. Took it back today hoping they will do an exchange and perhaps reconsider stocking it in the future. The man there (Peder?) was totally unfriendly and told me a flat out no. I was prepared to not be able to exchange it but not to be treated like it was my fault for buying it!
