  • This Starbucks is absolutely the worst. They have terrible customer service. They NEVER have anything in stock. Countless times I've come(early in the day) her and they don't have cold brew. When Starbucks has bonus star deals they NEVER have the product in stock. Both inside and drive thru lines take forever. I've waited in the drive thru lane for 15-20 minutes for my one drink. To avoid the lines I order ahead on the app and that still takes 30 minutes to get. Nothing is ever ready in a timely manner. They only ever have one barista making espresso drinks and two at each register. Does that even make sense?
