  • This was my first stop on my car buying adventure last weekend. My fiance and I were promptly greeted the minute we got out of our car. The salesmen stand outside like vultures but that's their job and they make their money off commission. I understand that. Mike greeted us, we told him what we were looking for and he started showing us cars. Within seconds of me opening the door of the first car Mike showed us his manager Chris came over. He introduced himself and said if there was anything he could do for us let him know. Mike had it handled and I was annoyed by Chris but I shook his hand and said thank you. I test drove 2 cars. I thought one of them was alright but wasn't really thrilled with it. They talked us into looking into seeing how much we could get it out the door for. We went into the office and Chris took the keys to my current vehicle to do an inspection and see what he could get us for it. After them crunching the numbers for us I still wanted to visit a few other dealerships to see what else was out there. Now I know that they don't make any money unless I buy a car and their job is to do what they can to make the sale, however, I do not appreciate Chris trying to guilt me into buying a car. He told me that he couldn't believe I was going to walk after all the extra effort and work he put into getting me so much money for my trade in. This approach may work for him on someone else but I was offended that this guy was trying to make me feel guilty for doing his job! At this point I just wanted to leave. As we were getting up to walk out Chris's manager came over to try to get us to stay. Didn't work. I was so taken back by Chris's lack of professionalism that I would now not buy a vehicle from this company. Now I receive at least 2 calls a day from these people even though I am on the do not call list and now they are sending me text messages. I will make sure that my friends and family never visit this place. After telling a few other people about my experience here I am finding that they also receive the same harassing phone calls. If I were you I would steer clear of this place or at least be very weary of giving them any of your personal information.
