  • The cute logo and the Instagram drink photos got me to visit Boba Boy... and I am disappointed! It's a rebrand of Tea Shop 168 and their bubble tea was made way too sweet. I ordered a coconut milk tea with their hand made black sesame tapioca. The cashier never asked me for my level of sugar and ice so I got what I assumed as regular levels. Once I took my first sip, I knew I could not finish the drink. It was so so sweet, to the point the sugar sticks and makes my throats itchy. However, their tapioca was chewy and had a strong black sesame taste which was good. The place is stuffy and packed with people... the logo of Boba Boy is cute but I would not return... overpriced and overly sweet bubble tea are not my cup of tea...
