  • Who would have ever thought you could open a restaurant based only on chicken?? Lol There is about a dozen varieties of chicken salad. We tried the original which was fantastic. Just the right amount of ingredients. We also tried the BBQ which was delicious and had a mild smiley flavor. The BBQ was not overpowering. We also tried the southern version. It was like a blend of deviled eggs and chicken salad. There is a hint of sweet relish too. Excellent on all 3. The nice surprise at the end was delicious banana pudding. I hope they find great success. We will definitely return.
