rev:text	Wouldnt even give this place a star, don't get me wrong Dr. Baird at the Durango location knows his stuff and upon looking at my MRI knew exactly what and how to try to alleviate my pain. The office personnell are horrible, I asked for copies of my records twice, filled out the necessary forms and was told to wait seven to ten business days for them. I've yet to receive them, the personnel are very unprofessional, the tv is so loud in the office with their soap operas on you can not have a conversation with them due to it. When you show any sign of frustration they will just walk away and leave you standing there. So all in all the Doctor was awesome, the staff and personnel are not even lackluster to say the least. Dealing with these ladies is more like something out of the movie Clerks.
