I waited for two hours in the waiting room. There was maybe six people ahead of myself not including patients that were already in the back. The front office staff was not very friendly and did not acknowledge you when you walked in. I asked the receptionist how long it would be after waiting for a hour. She couldn't even give me an estimated time frame, but instead said "I don't know."
Once in the room, the x-ray tech took vitals and said he would discuss it with the doctor and she would be in shortly. After sitting in the room for another hour, the PA walks in. I go over my symptoms with her and she basically looked at me like I was insane. Even asked herself out loud "what can cause this" in my opinion, that is not very professional and doesn't give me much confidence in the care you should be giving. Her bedside manners were terrible and very unprofessional for a doctor or PA to cuss while in the room discussing the problem.
Now I work in the medical field and I know things happen that are unforeseen. However, there still needs to be a form of communication and compassion to the others waiting.
I will not be returning here and would not recommend this urgent care to anyone.
