  • This review is regarding the collision portion of the dealership only . Where do I begin . My 2014 Acura MDX was involved in an accident where the B pillar was damaged , airbags deployed , and alignment was trashed . Insurance sent me here because it's apparently the best , in their opinion . I pushed for my vehicle to be totaled because I am extremely anal with my vehicles . They did not total it . I was quoted approximately 5 weeks for my vehicle to be fixed , it took 7 . I was extremely specific with the fact that I wanted my vehicle to be as good as it was before , if not better . They promised me that would be the case . When I went to finally see my finished product , 2 weeks after it was promised , there were plenty of flaws . Let's name them . Cracked taillight garnish , cracked and scratched B pillar garnish , scratched window tint , incorrect shade window tint on new windshield , and more . Here's the really bad part . Each panel they painted has dirt in the paint / clear . No this cannot be buffed out , no this is not acceptable . Should I have let them respray it again ? Prolly not , if they didn't get it right the first time , how would they the second ? This is something I live with every day , my $53k vehicle being 90% of what it used to be . Ed , they guy who kept me informed on my vehicle the whole time , he was good . It's not his fault the work they put out is meh .
