  • I always hesitate to leave a bad review for a business, but when somebody lets you down twice I figure it's warranted. We went in to see Arnie about installing tile in our two upstairs bathrooms. We set up a time for Arnie to come out and measure the bathrooms and to decide on a tile. He never showed up. We called him the next day to see what happened. He was very apologetic and asked if he could set up another time to come on Saturday morning at 8:30. He never showed up. I wish I could say something about the quality of his tile installation, but unfortunately he never gave us a chance to get to that point. I guess we'll go find a new contractor to do the bathrooms.
