  • When my 17-year-old refrigerator broke, I was decidedly unenthusiastic about shopping for a new one. I did a lot of online research for different brands, and one Maytag model kept rising to the top of my buy list. Many of my friends recommended Spencer's over the big box stores, and I was delighted to find Spencer's carried the model I wanted. I stopped by the Tatum location early one Saturday. Gary Davis greeted me when I walked in the door, and in less than 30 minutes I had ordered my new refrigerator. It was delivered on Monday morning! Spencer's called me with a two-hour window, and the delivery crew arrived a few minutes early. They hauled away my old refrigerator for $5.00, and best of all I saved over $100 from the Home Depot price. Thank you, Gary and Spencer's!
