  • Good flavor, but bad execution. Cheese was excellent. Thick squeaky curds.. The fries were not bad also. The sauce had flavour but was cold and didn't even melt the cheese.. Also, cornstarch was used as a thickener.. A big no no. The sauce reminded me of something I would have easily found in Chinatown, not a poutinerie. The colder the sauce got, the worst that cornstarch texture became. Not coming back.
