  • I have used Property Minders for the past 6 months and we are off to a great start. They helped find a renter for our condo quickly, the move-in went very smoothly and I was kept informed of the tenant's wishes upon her move in so we could decide what needed to be replaced and what was a nice to have. The direct deposit system is very efficient and the web portal allows me to see exactly where we stand on rent, repairs and other expenses. I was my own property manager for a few years and not having to deal with the stress of receiving checks, handling repair requests in the middle of the night, etc is worth engaging Property Minders.
