For me it is all about the taste. The fact that the line sometimes is 15 or 20 minutes long just goes to prove people were there for what they like. Yes, like myself the first time I went there, I was there just to see what all the hype was about and I was delighted to find out that the week was 100% worth it.
The meet was shaved nice and thin and so tender it was like butter. The sauce is amazing that is undescribable but has a nice bite / tang to it.
I have been to other gyro places in the area and so far none have compared to this. Meat is typically similar but it is the sauce that makes this truly one-of-a-kind gyro sandwich.
