  • They got my vin number incorrect so when they tried to give me my car they said it was 100% totaled. I was like, oh hell no, I walked out of my car and it was 100% ok. Told them that I was going to get a lawyer and that I wanted my stuff out of my car at least. After a few minutes they said that they fucked up and gave me my car finally. They didn't offer any apologizes and just said that I should have checked the paperwork's first time. Lady, you never told me to check the paperwork to make sure it was the correct car. You just told me to sign. Do your job right the first time and then there will be no issues.
