  • Catch them if they are open. Genji often closes early if there are no costumers. Call ahead to be sure. Excellent maki rolls here, creative combinations, freshly prepared and tightly rolled. Go Train, Valentine and Ninja makes for the perfect trio. Miso is hit or miss and the salmon sashimi is probably prepared from frozen, so there are more reliable establishments that supply these delights, however. 4 stars for great maki!
