| - I love this place- I have been going here for years and years! Every time I meet someone and they haven'e been here I take them! Also, whenever I have family or friends in town my husband and I take them here. When I went there tonight, I was really disappointed though. The food was amazing- the service of one particular waiter was not. He was pretty rude to us. We were only there eating for an hour, this was after waiting over an hour for a table (which we always wait, and never have an issue with, it's well worth the wait and we just go next door and drink wine), and we decided to get a fourth pizza. Keep in mind there were four of us, we had two bottles of wine and several pizzas, always eating and drinking, never lagging just sitting there talking keeping the table from other costumers. We told the waiter we wanted to get another pizza while we were only half way done with our last, and he was really rude and said fine- but last call. Seriously?!? There were people there that had been sitting there longer than us, not eating or drinking, just wasting time- get snooty with them! Then we decided that we were just going to go, my husband asked the waiter to cancel our pizza, and he sighed and said it was too late and we have to have it now. Then when it was done he kinda threw it at us. We ate then decided to only tip 10%- super rare for us, and we wrote a note telling him why. On our way out, the waiter said something to my uncle and my uncle just replied that we loved the food but we didn't appreciate being rushed out even though there were others around us that weren't even eating. The waiter kinda left for a moment and by the time I caught up to my husband who was lagging behind my uncle- the waiter said that we need to be considerate of other customers and be more thoughtful. My husband replied, yes I see your point, and if we weren't buying 2 bottles of wine, salad, and four pizzas in just an hour I would agree that we were just taking up space, but odds are we spent more in our one hours just us four than if they had two normal tables come through. The guy just said, nah, its about consideration and walked away. Seriously guy?!?! I wanted to go back and take away all his tip and just give it straight to the bus staff, hostess and cooks- pretty much everyone but this guy. I called there after we left and spoke with the hostess and she was amazing!!! Seriously, she saved the night. All she did was apologize for this guys behavior and offer to pay for some food. We would not take her up on paying for our food because that was not the point, but she saved it for sure. Mr. Bianco: please know that your hostess with the broken leg is amazing- and if is wasn't for here we would never come back no matter how much we love the food. Furthermore, the way she took responsibility for the situation- even though it wasn't her fault was amazing. She's a great employee- I highly recommend some kind of commendation for her. As for the waiter- if we ever visit, and see that guy we will make sure we don't sit in his section otherwise we will leave.
