  • I've been going to Aloha for 5 years, and they have a lot of good technicians. Customer service is lacking, however. I was so excited to get out of work a little early, and I arrived at 515 and told the guy at the desk that I wanted "the works, manicure with gel, pedicure and eyebrows! " My brows were done right away by Lynn, a true jewel. They got busy as my pedicure was started, and my manicure was not started...I assumed that people had appointments, etc....finally I said something. I was taken to the manicure area and quickly given a gel polish. I was so looking forward to having the lotion massage etc, when the girl asked if I wanted it I said that I had asked for a full manicure. She pleasantly told me why I didn't need one. If you want a quick rushed service, go here, they really are good. If you're hoping for any kind of experience, go elsewhere. There are some (tho few) things that can't be fixed by a glass of wine.
