| - 1. Once, I went in to buy some chicken. As I was in the line waiting to pay, I noticed people were paying with debit. Once I was ready to pay, their debit machine stopped working. I thought it was a minor problem, but they said I had to wait 20 minutes.
2. I used to call in and place orders and be able to pick up my order. Now, the reason why I can't do it anymore is because other people call and order but ditch. I'm pretty sure before this new management this was a problem, but the old management still did it to the expectations of their frequent customers.
3. Before this new management, I always felt confident in going and knowing what to ask for and they would have it. Now, when I walk in, I have to worry because this is twice now that, what I ask for, the employees have to talk to each other to find out if they have the right chicken or not. In the end, they have excuses on why they don't have what I came to order.
*deep breath*
The new renovation is nice. The new additions to the menu are nice. However, what the new management has done to it's past customers is terrible. Customer service is EVERYTHING. It doesn't matter how amazing the place looks. If the customer service and customer expectation isn't there, you won't be able to hide it from frequent, old customers.
The old store, I admit, didn't look very appealing, but they always delivered what was expected. The old employees were also very sweet and humble. They were amazing people. Now, the old employees only work in the back. Seems like they've been outdated and replaced by young, hip employees.
