  • My girlfriend and I were looking for a new nail place so I checked Yelp first. Number one concern was cleanliness so I was pleased about reading previous reviews and hearing about lining of the foot baths and sealed nail kits as I got a toe infection from another highly rated salon. We made an appointment for a Sat at 1pm for us to be done together for a standard mani/pedi. We get there and one of the nail technicians was behind 35 minutes. Now I get you a have another paying customer but definitely not a good first impression. We pick out our nail color and they had a great selection of colors and different brands which is nice. The technician was super through and asked me lots of questions which I appreciated. They let me sit next to my friend during her service which was nice so we could chat. There were no high pressure sales of upgrades which I liked as well. I know we've found our new nail place, if they hadn't apologized like 4 times about the delay I would've rated them 4 stars because of the delay but they seemed sincere.
