rev:text	I have been with Dr. Spies for fifteen years and he has done about fifteen procedures on me.... everything from tummy tuck to full face lifts to breast lift to arm slimming to an ear lobe lift (!) Here is why he is the best... Following one of the procedures, there was a build up of fluid in the area. Really scared me. Called the office and they told me Dr. Spies was in Hawaii. Office called him in Hawaii. Turns out he was due home on Saturday, the next day. The doctor landed, went home and changed his clothes and met me at the office two hours later to drain the fluid. With the ear lobe surgery, (a minor procedure) he was the one who was not satisfied and he redid it. It is perfect now. Two years ago I had upper eye lid smoothing surgery. Two days later I forgot and rubbed my eye and tore a stitch. Had to call Dr. Spies at 11 PM because it was really bleeding. He called me back immediately. He assured me it would be OK and had me send him a selfie right then and there. Had me come in the next day to be sure. It was OK. After that, Dr. Spies gave me his private cell phone number, which thankfully I have never had to use. To me, these insider facts show that Dr.Spies is a caring and compassionate perfectionist. Alice at the desk is a doll, and so is Raquel in admin and Ali, his office assistant. Carol, who is a top qualified surgical nurse often assists Dr. Spies in surgery. She is also the one who does the office "filler" procedures such as Juviderm, Botox, etc etc. She is the best. You walk in and an hour later you walk out looking ten years younger. She is a real pro and I would never let anyone but Carol do any filler on me. Carol also has given me her cell phone number. Finally, the costs of the procedures are fair and reasonable. Most most important, Dr. Spies does superb perfect work. I know he goes to professional medical conferences to stay updated on the latest techniques, and the results show! He has done procedures on both my daughters and my husband. We consider him to be an extended member of our family.
