I am comparing this to LOL Kids Club because that's the best of the indoor play for kids. If you have been to LOL Kids Club then this place will seem small, but size isn't everything. My kids (5, 4, 2) seem to like it here better because they have the little play area with toys (kitchen, books, arts & crafts, etc.).
What's better here ...
The cost for admission is cheaper at $10. They have complimentary massage chairs and coffee. They have a slightly better lounge area because of the couches and barstool counter. They don't charge for an additional parent ($5) like LOL Kids Club. The staff is friendly and you always see one worker constantly cleaning up and wiping the equipment down.
Overall, the place is great for 2-8 years old. They have a good selection of playground equipment (not on the level of LOL Kids Club though). My kids don't know what LOL Kids Club is called but they do remember "Kangamoo".
