  • Absolutely horrible customer service. Signed up online for a bundle at a quote price, bill came and ended up being more than double that price (and supposedly free installation was also charged). Spent hours on the phone with customer service who are refusing to honor the original price and claim the promotion never existed. Conceded with a compromised discount which ends up still being more than I originally agreed to pay (if only because I don't want to deal with another installation with another company). Truly terrible experience.
