Billy the Customer Services Supervisor is rude and disrespectful towards customers. He lies and gets angry when you remind him he never had a conversation with you. I said "Bullshit" and he went into a 3 minute rant about me cussing at him!! I said I didn't cuss at you I used a cuss word. He then threaten to put a letter in my file "not to provide me services". I regret ever buying this house! The workmanship sucks!! Billy (Mr Lennar) lies about house plans changing rather than say Lennar messed up! I having missing pieces of cabinets but I'm being told "plans changed". I asked for a copy of the plans and was told "no problem". That was a year ago. I still waiting!! When I visited another house same floor plan built 1 month after my house the plans changed?? The model had it?
Lennar sucks. They lie and don't care about customers!!!! This has been a TERRIBLE experience from start to now!!!!!
Buyer beware. Billy is a lair and so is most of Lennar. This house is messed up and I have spent over a month of sitting here waiting on repair people, 2 years after my purchase. 2 years!!! Plus rude supervisors who yell and lie to homeowners.
If I had to do it again NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least not with Lennar!
