  • Went to Starbucks drive thru to grab a coffee. Server hands me the coffee without a splash stick and because the coffee is filled to the brim it spills on me as he hands it to me. He never says a word. I then ask for some more cream in the coffee because the coffee is still almost black. The server holds the coffee cup and asks me to take off the lid. Because the coffee is so full when I take the lid off it spills onto his hand. He looks at me and says "nice". He then dumps my coffee out and tells me they are out of coffee and they are brewing some more and it will be a few minutes. The service at this location used to be fantastic. The last couple of months it really isn't good.
