  • Yes.....very long wait times. However, on top of that when I did see doctor Jansen Van Rensberg I was greeted with amazing insensitivity and what I would describe as arrogance. This was after I opened up with some highly personal medical issues. Basically the response was: "what do you want me to do?" (in a tone that was clearly impervious). I was in tears after and never again will I step foot in there. Unsympathetic...... I have never had such insensitivity in such a vulnerable position from a medical professional.
