  • I called Stoddard's on Tuesday evening after my husband's ignition on his 2005 Honda Civic started acting up. Scott answered and told me he'd have to run the situation by his tech, Terry, and would call back. He called me back within 15 minutes with a recommendation for us to try before we actually had someone come out. Unfortunately it didn't work for us, however Terry was able to come out the next day. He called 30 minutes before arrival and was very prompt and professional. He tried multiple different things and spent quite a long time trying to get the ignition fixed, but it was beyond repair, which is no fault of his (Ended up being more a mechanical issue, which is beyond their expertise). Despite the fact that he had cut a new key and repinned the ignition, Terry only charged us for a service call since he wasn't able to get the ignition fixed. While they weren't able to fix the problem, I did appreciate the exceptional customer service and would definitely feel confident in recommending them to anyone needing a good locksmith.
