rev:text	The visit wasn't too terribly slow, but pretty slow for only 2 people waiting prior to when I arrived. While I did like the PA who saw me, I felt like she entirely rushed through my symptoms & everything. Only really listened to me when it came to the handful of prescriptions and I didn't want a steroid because of past results taking that kind of med. While she was sincere, not really anyone else was. They pretty much treat you like a number & rush you through... which seems odd being as how it takes forever to be seen to begin with! But the reason I am more than annoyed: 0 follow-up on some VERY crucial test results. I was in there at 8:30am and told they would call w/ the lab results by that afternoon to let me know if I did or did not have pneumonia. Not exactly the illness you want to screw around waiting to diagnose... over 24 hours later, still no call! I finally called back and was put on hold for over 20 minutes while the girl at the desk checked in multiple other patients. She gets back on the phone and sure enough- my results came back at 7pm the evening prior. Why did no one bother to call me when the facility is open until 8pm??? Not only that- why did no one bother to call me after opening the next morning to let me know my results???! I think it is beyond bs that I had to call back at 11am the following day, over 24 hours later, and literally badger the receptionist to check on my results! Absolutely unacceptable when the diagnosis was pneumonia! Can't say I will likely be returning here when they seem to drop the ball and entirely NOT care when it comes to a major illness & a very sick patient waiting to know.
