| - I always feel that banks don't leave me, as a customer, with a lot of wiggle room. I mean, they have my money. I want to be able to access it and use it, so I find that I'm always on the defensive with banks. Not the case here.
On more than one occasion, I've dropped in here during peak hours. Even though it's been busy, not once have I had a negative customer service experience here. I've always been greeted, asked what they could do for me, had small talked pitched my way, and never ever had an issue where I was concerned about shady-ness.
Also, Wells Fargo customers get free notary services here. So I recently popped in to get some stuff notarized, all on the free and on the quick. It was great, and really set the bar for the customer service experiences I now expect at Wells Fargo: I walked in, I was asked what I needed, was asked to wait about two minutes, and was helped in a bit. No fuss, no muss, and no money spent. More things should be like that.
This is my favorite Wells Fargo now!
