  • After grooming my dogs several times, they left a message one day that they don't come out to my area anymore and referred me to a different groomer. What gets me is that I still see their truck on my side of town. In addition to this, every time they came out, they raised their rates. I never knew what they would charge. They seemed like they could care less if they lost business or not and have poor customer service. I do not recommend them.
