  • DO NOT use them! They were outsourced by the company I bought my flooring materials from. The job was supposed to take 3-4 days; it took a month! And they did a poor job. It's less than 6 months later and stair noses and transition pieces are coming off because they didn't nail them down. I had to micromanage their work, as they'd forget baseboards in obvious spots, as well, or not fix their own mistakes. They'd not show up when they said they would and would give no notice. The place I purchased the flooring from and I have been contacting them to have them repair the work they did and they keep saying they'll call to schedule an appointment and they haven't. IT'S BEEN A MONTH since we've been calling.
