  • I am so lucky and grateful I found this place. I dropped my iPhone and it went completely dead. I don't have insurance on my phone and Verizon said I wasn't due for a new phone until February 2013. So, I took my phone here hoping that it could be fixed rather than having to pay full price for a new phone or waiting phoneless until February. Fortunately it was only a simple battery issue and I had my phone back in an hour. They only charged me around $40 which I think is great. Update: One year later I dropped my iphone, the same phone I took to Desert Wireless to have my battery fixed, and the front and back of the phone cracked; typical iphone crack when you drop it. I took it to Desert Wireless and originally they were going to charge me $79 but then I discovered an awesome purple custom LCD faceplate and bought that for only $5 more. It took only an hour to fix. After a couple days I noticed a weird blue line running up the side so I took it back in and they replaced it for free. They also have a nice seating area with a TV if you want to wait. Today they had The Price is Right on. Thank you Desert Wireless!!
