  • My friend had scheduled my appointment for a cut, color and botanical with a master student. I have never gotten my hair done before and didn't know the usual process and initially chickened out on the color. I don't know if the stylist who worked on my hair was a master student, but I was happy with the outcome of the cut and color. She (Susan) and the stylist working next to us (I didnt get her name but she had colorful hair, primarily blue) also helped suggest colors to try when I was ready to dye my hair. Them, along with their instructor (Joy?) were very friendly and professional in taking care of me. 5 stars for my botanical and cut and blow out. My hair feels super soft and I love it. I also like that they walk through all the products with you, with no obligation to purchase them. I'm excited to try the be curly and dry remedy. Services are reasonably priced, I spent more on product honestly. I took away a star, however because my friend was also there for a color by another stylist, and while it still looks good, it is not what she wanted - it is significantly darker from the picture she agreed upon with the stylist.
