  • We were adding a home office plus replacing flooring in 3 bedrooms to match. We went to AZ flooring direct because of the great reviews and many comments about how affordable they were. We have previously bought flooring at Lumber Liquidators. We went into the store and explained that we had water damage to the laminate in our bedroom plus the new addition so we were just going to replace all the bedroom floors. We didnt know if we wanted laminate again or engineered hardwood. We have dogs. And kids. And are very hard on our floors. The sales person told us about this brand new product- a water proof laminate called paradigm. Its basically a laminate on a plastic substrate. Very, very durable. We loved the matte look and the way it feels under foot. The pricing was outstanding. We were able to take deliver of the product about 4 days later. We have one room installed. Love the product and loved the service we got from the store.
